In my opinion Meraki Restaurant needs a layout plan in which kitchen and bar is closer and whole area is divided into to two functionally. With the help of the new position of the bar, two columns are hidden and the other four near windows has its own order.
I canceled existing meeting room. Because there are two sides in the restaurant, one can be used for meetings in a warmer atmosphere by combining tables. Especially under the skylight, there could be a huge table for 16 people.
I wanted to hide the kitchen with the same material I chose for columns and some of the walls. And this cover turns to bar shelves. Likewise toilets and cupboard in the same facade are hidden. There is an entrance door in my visuals but it is up to you.
I do not have much for Nova Cafe. I am not sure if you like to do a lot but at least you may use these layout with your existing design. I propose different types of seating, for cafe and restaurant functions. I thought there will be televisions on the wall especially for people eating alone.
