The focus of this renovation proposal was to design and project spaces as much as possible comfortable and functional, searching for the best possible solution between both features, as per customer requirements. The house is now divided in two distinct parts: living and sleeping area. The large entrance is equipped with a wardrobe for shoes, jackets and accessories. From the entrance you can leads directly to the living area, to the kitchen or to the bedrooms area. The spacious and functional kitchen is connected to the living area but it is also screened by the curved wall with a bifacial fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a large work surface that can also be used as a table for breakfast or a quick meal. In a corner of the kitchen there is also a small guest bathroom. The large and cozy living area has double sofas area, dining area with a spacious dining table and bookshelfs. From both living area and kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful view of castle and lighthouse. You can reach the sleeping area through a spacious corridor made by the curved wall that became the most important architectural element in the house. This element's form give a confortable attitude to the space, moving away the narrowness sense. In this part of the house there are three kids bedroom, equipped with three bed plus pull-out bed, desk and large wardrobe. All these rooms look out on the balcony as a common space to play together and chill out. There are also a large bathroom for the kids with bathtub and two sinks, a laundry room and a deposit-storage room. The last part of the house is a large private area, comfortable and functional. In this area there are a sleeping zone and a fitness zone with all the necessary equipment (cyclette, punching bag, tapis roulant) and a small fitness storage. The master bathroom has a large shower and two sinks and is connected to this area from the large walk-in closet. Each part of the house has been tastefully designed with elegant design pieces: tables, sofas, chairs, lamps, both classic and modern. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with a oak parquet, while the bathrooms have a ceramic tiles coating with blue and green tones.
