Dear Client, in my project I proposed just some improvements of the internal walls: I designed some little demolitions and constructions to have a better quality of spaces. But I didn't make a great change of the home layout, because I think that the space is good, also in respect of your budget. The main suggestions are some restyling and new furniture.
Ambient I improved:
1) the ENTRANCE should be free and spacious, I proposed a plasterboard false ceiling to integrate recessed led stripes lights;
2) the LOUNGE could have simply a big sofa with armchairs and a big bookcase, to talking, relaxing, listening to the music, reading... If you want, you have the possibility to put a TV on the wall. I proposed not to eliminate the fireplace, but a restyling, to have a modern element coherent with the whole home;
3) the HALLWAY is very long, so I liked to use it as a sort of "gallery": with a simply plasterboard construction (that you can cover with wooden boards) we can give a functional face to this ambient, and put there books and pictures. Also in this space, you can have an integrated lighting;
4) the KITCHEN is very comfortable, because I chose large worktops and sink, and in the peninsula space, you can have a big storage and a dining plane for breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwawe oven, oven, etc.;
5) the den is a little bit larger, because I moved the steps. So you can have a great DINING ROOM space, where you could have any guests. A big table and many chairs are there. The ceiling is the same, but I proposed a restyling to have a more modern and light look;
6) the CHILDREN ROOM is the same, I just eliminated the actual closet and designed a boiserie to have the possibility to put a bed under the window; in my solution, the wardrobe is more confortable and there is more space to get in order books and toys;
7) the JOLLY ROOM is a room that you could use as a second bedroom for your kids, a guest bedroom, an alcove, or a gaming room. Indicatively, I have equipped it with a sleeper sofa and a wardrobe;
8) the MASTER BEDROOM is really spacious. To clear the doors and windows problem, you can make a boiserie to have a king size bed under the window;
9) in the MASTER BATHROOM I proposed a big shower;
10) in the HALLWAY BATHROOM I created a small wall to hide the toilet from the entrance and to recover a storage. This room is larger than the current, and I chose a very comfortable bathtub;
11) in the GARAGE, I designed two small walls to contain a sink, the washer and the dryer: so, they can be hidden by doors. There is also a lot of storage.
I chose light colors to exalt the natural lighting of your home, and wallpapers to give a stronger identity to some environments.
I hope you like my project :)
Thanks a lot for your attention, best regards!
