Salve cliente,
Ho trovato il suo progetto molto interessante, per le molteplici esposizioni e per l'interessante sfida nel suddividere lo spazio in 3 appartamenti indipendenti.
Come tema base ho scelto il total white spezzato solamente da accenti di turchese.
Questo per creare un'atmosfera fresca e rilassante che si integri perfettamente con l'ambiente e la vicinanza del mare.
Le pavimentazione è in gres porcellanato bianco lucido, mentre i muri sono stati trattati con una vernice lavabile anch'essa bianca.
Tutti gli appartamenti hanno camere confortevoli e una zona living open space tranne che nell'appartamento n°2 dove la cucina è sempre in piena connessione con gli altri ambienti, ma dato lo sviluppo longitudinale della pianta diventa una cucina abitabile passante.
I balconi e i terrazzi sono tutti attrezzati con un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto e quelli piu grandi, con esposizione verso il mare, hanno anche una piccola zona relax (poltroncine o divanetto da esterno)
I bagni sono tutti dotati di doccia.

I found your project very interesting, for multiple exposures and the interesting challenge of dividing the space into three separate apartments.
I chose as the theme based on total white only broken by turquoise accents.
This is to create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere that integrates perfectly with the surroundings and the proximity of the sea.
The flooring is white glossy porcelain gres tiles, while the walls were also treated with a white washable paint.
All apartments have comfortable rooms and an open plan living area except in Unit # 2 where the kitchen is always full access to all rooms, but since the longitudinal development of the plant becomes a passer kitchen.
The balconies and terraces are all equipped with a table for outdoor dining and the biggest, with exposure to the sea, they also have a small sitting area (sofa or armchairs outdoor)
The bathrooms are all equipped with shower.
