Description

Dear Client,

First of all, I must say that working on this project was really challenging, due to lack of resources and many restrictions. I tried my best to design your beachside apartments according to your instructions and desires, and I hope I managed to do so.
When I drew a floor plan over a PDF file you provided, I estimated that the total area is slightly smaller from 165 m2; 157.5 m2 to be precise. I managed to create two two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment with double views, but total areas of apartments , as well as areas of rooms inside, are not exactly as you wished. The reason for this is that when you subtract areas of inside walls and hallway area from 157m2, it is just impossible to make 3 apartments with 50m2 each. Despite, I think I created 3 functional apartments, that do not lack comfort.

Most of the contemporary furniture peaces is from well known Italian brands, and some of them are from large global manufacturers. This way I tried to make it sophisticated, but affordable in the same way. I proposed economical pieces, since these apartments are supposed to be rentals, and it is not advisable to spend too much money on furnishing rentals.

Neutral colors are combined with shades of blue to resemble Mediterranean style. I proposed tiles for the floors, since they are more practical for this type of apartments.
All of the windows should be replaced with aluminum ones, and terrace doors are to be replaced with aluminum double sliding doors; for aesthetical, functional and practical reasons. I suggested recessed ceilings, in order to include more interesting lighting fixtures, and create recesses for the curtains.
