Per la realizzazione della divisione dello spazio dell'appartamento della nonna, si intende utilizzare lo spazio che ora appartiene al soggiorno 6x6.
Questa superficie sarà sfruttata al massimo, creando tutti i comfort di un appartamento. Lo spazio avrà un soggiorno open space con una zona lounge che avrà un comodo divano e due poltrone. Dal divano a destra si potrà guardare la TV appoggiandosi alla parete, sul lato sinistro si avrà una vista sulla piscina. La cucina sarà a forma di U su un lato e creerà degli armadietti contenenti il primo coperchio, una lavatrice e asciugatrice, il secondo coperchio sarà il frigorifero, il terzo coperchio avrà le microonde, un forno e una cantinetta. Il resto della cucina da un lato avrà un piano cottura e la terza parte che sarà a forma di penisola avrà un lavello e il resto del piano sarà utilizzato come piano per cucinare e mangiare con 3 panche. A lato ci sarà un wc che funzionerà per la zona giorno con wc separato da una porta scorrevole nelle pareti dallo spazio vanity. La camera da letto avrà ampi spazi e comprenderà uno spazio con letti matrimoniali dove davanti ci sarà una TV appoggiata alle pareti, ci sarà un trucco o una scrivania. La camera da letto avrà un bagno personale con doppio lavabo, wc e doccia. Ci sarà anche una cabina armadio. Nel resto della villa, la zona giorno diventerà uno spazio aperto con diverse aree dove la famiglia potrà riunirsi per svolgere attività. Ci sarà una zona lounge, cucina con isola, zona pranzo, una zona relax o lettura, e uno spazio con tavolino e 4 sedie per riunirsi per bere un caffè o un bicchiere di alcol davanti alla piscina. L'illuminazione dello spazio esterno sarà realizzata da faretti a pavimento sul lato della piscina a ventaglio in vetro, ci sarà anche un'illuminazione decorativa per il verde e saranno posizionate luci di festa catturate da un lato sul tetto della casa sul lato altro lato sul tetto del patio. I materiali che utilizzeranno saranno le lastre di pietra grigia aperte sulla superficie esterna e il bordo della piscina sarà rivestito di marmo grigio. All'interno della superficie del soggiorno e delle stanze verrà posato del vinile resistente all'acqua e ai graffi in quanto la villa si trova in una zona costiera e sarà presente sabbia, sul piano della cucina verranno posate piastrelle esagonali. I colori ei materiali utilizzati saranno il contrasto dei colori bianco e marrone del legno naturale che verrà utilizzato per creare mobili in cucina e consolle TV.
