Thank you all for taking our work into consideration. The goal we want to achieve is to furnish our b & b under construction. For our activity it is really important to "pierce" (to found the screen) with the images that will be proposed online. Room sales will be 90% online. Gracias a todos por tomar nuestro trabajo en consideración. El objetivo que queremos lograr es proporcionar nuestro b & b en construcción. Para nuestra actividad es realmente importante "perforar" (para encontrar la pantalla) con las imágenes que se propondrán en línea. Las ventas de las habitaciones serán del 90% en línea. El cliente tendrá que encontrar algo en nuestro estilo que lo atraiga hasta el punto de elegirnos. Grazie a tutti per aver preso in considerazione il nostro lavoro. L' obiettivo che vogliamo raggiungere è arredare il nostro b&b in fase di costruzione. Per la nostra attività è veramente importante “bucare” (fondare lo schermo) con le immagine che saranno proposte online. La vendita delle camera sarà per il 90 % in rete. Il cliente dovrà trovare nel nostro stile qualcosa che lo attragga a tal punto da sceglieci. Pertanto, al centro del progetto imprenditoriale di gestire un’attività extra alberghiera, c’è senza dubbio l’abilità dell’architetto preposto alla progettazione e lo studio del design.
Non possono esserci modifiche strutturali, né delle pareti interne perchè già realizzate, con materiale insonirizzante. E' possibile invece decorare il soffitto con pareti. La struttura è situata alle porte della città di Trento, una città citysmart, moderna, ma con tradizioni radicate. Famosa per il calore dei mercatini di natale.
Più in dettaglio, è richiesto uno stile di arredamento che sia moderno, che metta in risalto la luminosità degli ambienti e che presenti un richiamo alla città o al territorio, un arredo di design lineare ma elegante, un po’ minimalista con elementi particolari e originali. Alla vista deve dare senso di calore, Relax. Natura. Tempo per sé stessi. Salute. sia pur sempre in Trentino terra delle Dolomiti , le montagne più belle del mondo. Quindi nei pavimenti ci piacerebbe l' uso del legno. I bagni moderni, con doccia a pavimento.
Si informa inoltre che il prezzo di ciascuna notte trascorsa nella casa vacanze rientra nella fascia medio-alta. Ciò implica che gli oggetti di arredamento siano mediamente di buona qualità. È ovviamente compito dell’architetto riuscire a massimizzare il binomio qualità-prezzo del mobilio. È utile anche che l’architetto tenga conto del fatto che i turisti sono soliti trattare con poca cura gli arredi delle case vacanze. A tal proposito, si richiede che essi siano, laddove è possibile, piuttosto resistenti.
In questo contest chiediamo siano esaminate solo le stanze al piano superiore, vorremmo fossero dei piccoli gioielli suite, eleganti, leggeri. e la sala colazione. Se possibile qualche idea per l'esterno, ci farebbe sicuramente utile. Nel piano superiore, ci piacerebbe che la stanza avessero un proprio giardino privato.
La sala colazione, sarà allestita per circa 25 persone, ma all'occorrenza dovrebbero anche raddoppiarsi, dovrà esserci una piccola reception, e una zona buffet. Non ci dispiacerebbe un pavimento in pietra. Tutto come indicato nella pianta, allegata.
Forse non ho detto tutto quello che serve ma per ogni dubbio faremo il possibile per rispondervi al più presto!
