I offer you a proposal for the Design and Details of the Apartments Project (B&B Livigno Appartaments )
We have designed your project, which is built at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level in a mountainous tourist city and consists of 4 floors, where reliance was placed on renovating the 1/2/3 residential floor in terms of :
1- The current elevator location was moved and placed closer to the stairs to provide the necessary privacy for each apartment, as a finger does not open the elevator inside the apartments, but rather opens into a corridor that leads to two apartments on the first floor, two apartments on the second floor, and one on the upper floor.
2 - Each apartment on the first and second floors contains a large living and dining area with a distinctive design that combines the living space (sofa corner) and the dining table to save space with an open space for the kitchen. In addition to a corridor containing a bathroom that separates the toilet and sink area, while providing space to place the washer and dryer, with the bedroom and dressing room at the end of the corridor.
3- As for the upper floor, it contains a large area divided between the kitchen and the dining area in a separate zone from the living area and watching TV in another zone, with two bedrooms, one of which resembles a hotel room and contains a separate bathroom with a space for changing clothes and its own bathroom. The other contains a double bed with a space for changing clothes only, and is served by a separate external bathroom, in addition to a private room for a sauna and spa next to the entrance to the apartment, as shown.
3 - The windows of the apartment were carefully expanded, with a proposed solution for the windows to be in the form of arches, to complement the proposed design, as it requires light wood and walls covered in white, in a simple mountain style.
4- Two different designs were proposed for the first and second floor apartments:
- The first: It contains relatively dark colors, but the colors of the upholstery are light, with a lot of use of gray and off-white on the walls.
- The second: It contains relatively light colors, as shown in the design of apartments No. 1 and 3, in terms of the colors of the walls and furnishings, dominated by white and light wood.
