We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We proposed two plans for apartments A and B, the difference being in replacing the bed instead of the sofa in the living area.
Also, we proposed two plans for apartment C, the difference between which is the arrangement of the rooms.
Considering that your building is located in a place with a beautiful view around it, we arranged the rooms in such a way that all the rooms (bedrooms and living rooms) all have a terrace and a large window to the outside so that the guests can enjoy the view while they are in the room.
The living room in B apartments has two windows on two different sides of the house, which increases the pleasure of using the beautiful surrounding view while resting or eating.
To realize this issue in A apartments, we designed the bedroom door with large dimensions and sliding, so that when you open it, the beautiful view of the surrounding area can be seen from different sides of the house.
Our main challenge in designing apartment C was the low height of the house, so we tried to arrange the rooms in such a way that they are practical and usable in terms of height.
We tried to put the bathrooms and kitchen in a place that is close to the current bathrooms and kitchens.
We tried to design the apartments with an open space so that when the guests enter the apartments, they are faced with an open and large space.
We designed the interior design of the house with a combination of wood and white color, we considered the ceiling of the attic room to be white so that the height of the apartment seems larger.
We provided a bio fireplace in all apartments.
We considered sofa beds in the living room.
