Come da richiesta del cliente, il progetto prevede l’ottimizzazione degli spazi dell’appartamento, realizzando n°4 camere da letto matrimoniali con bagno privato e un locale comune per le colazioni, riducendo al minimo i lavori da effettuare. L’intervento più consistente è concentrato nella porzione di appartamento destinato alle CAMERE 1 e 2: poiché le altezze esistenti lo permettono, si è pensato di sopraelevare la pavimentazione per permettere il passaggio degli impianti e degli scarichi per la realizzazione dei BAGNI 1 e 2 e per la zona colazioni. La CAMERA 3 è stata pensata dove prima era posizionata la cucina; il BAGNO 3 sfrutta di fatto gli attacchi del bagno esistente. Valore aggiunto di questa camera è la possibilità di avere il balconcino in uso esclusivo, posizionando semplicemente un cancelletto per evitare l’accesso dall’esterno. Rimane di fatto invariato il locale che ora è denominato “CAMERA 4”. Si può pensare solo a un eventuale rifacimento del bagno esistente (di cui non conosco le attuali condizioni). La sala colazioni è stata pensata centrale rispetto alla dislocazione delle stanze, nel locale più ampio e meglio illuminato dalle due portefinestre che si affacciano sul balcone su strada. Si è scelta la demolizione del camino esistente, di cui si può sfruttare la canna fumaria per lo scarico di un’eventuale zona cottura .pensata lungo la parete. Gli arredi proposti sono stati volutamente scelti dal catalogo IKEA, per dimostrare come con un investimento economico contenuto, si può comunque ottenere un ottimo risultato estetico e funzionale. Arredi freschi, moderni, facilmente personalizzabili con scelte cromatiche legate ai tessuti e complementi d’arredo, che possono caratterizzare gli ambienti e legarli alle atmosfere del luogo.

The breakfast room has been designed with respect to the central location of the room, the room larger and better lit by the two windows that look out on the balcony on the road. We have chosen the demolition of the existing chimney, of which you can take advantage of the chimney for the discharge of any cooking area along the wall. The furniture offered were deliberately chosen by the IKEA catalog, to demonstrate how a low financial investment, you can still get a great aesthetic and functional result.
