The request of the client in this design was very explicit, and not at all questionable ... in fact you wanted to make a plan (1 p.), Apparently not used, friendly and profitable.

La richiesta della committenza per questa progettazione era molto esplicita, e non per nulla discutibile...infatti si desiderava rendere un piano(1°p.),evidentemente non utilizzato, accogliente e redditizio.
La prima attenzione ricade sulle proprietò dell’unità immobiliare, si tratta di una pianta quadrata delimitata da un muro Maestro non demolibile.
La possibilità di ridurre al meno possibile i lavori per la trasformarzione dall’abitazione standard ad un B&B si è basata sulla divisione esistente, incrementata dall’aggiunta di elementi divisori (tramezzi)
per la realizzazione di bagni ad uso della camera dell’ospite, fornendo così un servizio molto richiesto e rispettando la normativa vigente. La realizzazione dei tre bagni e la modifica di quello esistente,
una piccola demolizione del tramezzo centrale che ospitava un bagno e la vecchia cucina per fare spazio ad un tramezzo poco più avanti garantendo così lo spazio sufficiente per la Nuova Cucina e
spazio breakfast che diventerà lo spazio comune che la normativa stessa richiede. La Nuova Cucina, dovrà essere considerata ad uso comune ed esclusivo degli ospiti, così da poter essere gestita al
meglio anche dalla gestione stessa dei proprietari. La camera 4, sarà adibita a lavanderia, e deposito biancheria. Le stanze sono tutte a norma, sia per dimensione che per superficie luminosa, i bagni
sono 2 senza finestra e quindi alimentati da aspiratore elettrico e 2 con finestra. Le camere le ho immaginate tutte a tema, quindi caratterizzate da un colore piuttosto che un profumo,la scelta posso
lasciarla decidere a Voi. Lo spazio corridoio, potrebbe essere considerato un elemento discutibile, piuttosto che ingombrante, a mio avviso i difetti vanno Accentuati, si proprio così...lo immagino uno
spazio nel quale l’ospite possa identificarsi in quel luogo...tappezzerei i muri di foto, magari in B/N con cornici dello stesso colore ma di diversa natura, sia per dimensioni che per tipologia, foto dei luoghi del posto...
personaggi del luogo, un cibo...
Lo spazio comune...un ambiente pieno di luce, la parola d’ordine è “Sentirsi a casa”, non solo perchè si ha la possobilità di prepararsi un caffè, ma bensi per l’atmosfera che dovrà crearsi, con odori, colori e sapori...
Il grande tavolo rimanda proprio alle vecchie e belle abitudini, la colazione...un momento della giornata importante...un luogo dove potersi sentire a casa, dove poter rivivere questo momento non più convenzionale.
La tipologia degli arredi è pressochè contemporanea, ma in questo ambiente se lo ritenete interessante potete optare per dei mobili più tradizionali, utilizzare un tavolo antico in legno, una bella credenza antica...
piuttosto che una cucina alla vecchia maniera...Vi darò delle dritte per una e per l’altra soluzione...La stanza n°1, cosi denominata, ha la possibilità di essere una stanza doppia non matrimoniale, in effetti anche le altre
possono adattarsi, ma questa mi sembrava più vicina ad una coppia di single...sarà per le dimensioni della doccia sarà per la luminosità delle altre stanze ...
