Il presente Progetto nasce dall'esigenza del committente di realizzare un B&B in un appartamento di sua Proprietà.
La richiesta consiste nel trovare il miglior Compromesso tra l’investimento e l’ottimizzazione degli spazi. Si è cercato quindi di minimizzare gli investimenti edili ed i conseguenti costi, favorendo la realizzazione del massimo numero di camere da letto con wc indipendente, senza però tralasciare la comodità e l’ergonomicità dei relativi spazi, lasciando al contempo un adeguato margine per la realizzazione degli spazi comuni e dei servizi.
il B&B così realizzato, con il minimo indispensabile di opere di demolizione e ricostruzione, si compone di n. 4 Camere Matrimoniali con annesso wc doccia, un ampio spazio comune adibito a cucina e sala colazioni, disimpegni comuni e ripostiglio/office per la conservazione di scorte e biancheria.
Gli interventi proposti riguardano, sommariamente, la realizzazione di alcune tramezzature divisorie, l’apertura di due vani porta, i rifacimenti dei servizi wc doccia e l’allargamento di un vano di passaggio sulla muratura portante, tramite adeguato cerchiaggio, nella saletta colazione.
Tali interventi nella loro semplicità, consentono di mantenere pressoché invariati gli impianti, le pavimentazioni ed i serramenti esistenti.
Tenendo conto del Budget medio richiesto dal committente e di quello che attualmente il mercato del design e dell’arredamento offre, si è puntato su una tipologia di allestimento con carattere Cosmopolita, adottando uno stile Contemporaneo con influenze del Design Industriale.
Gli arredi inseriti, di tipo semi-artigianali, sono ottenuti e realizzati con legno massello Nuovo o Riciclato; si è preferito in prevalenza, per gli arredi, usare materiali naturali Certificati PEFC (Programma di riconoscimento delle Certificazioni Forestali) completamente riciclabili, al posto di materiali ottenuti da lavorazioni prettamente industriali, che di solito contengono collanti, vernici e materiali che possono risultare nocivi alla salute.
Un occhio di riguardo si pone quindi su tutto quello che può risultare Biologico; pertanto ampio spazio alle pitture murali naturali a base di calce e alle vernici alla cera d’api.

This project stems from the customer to make a B & B in an apartment of his property.
The request is to find the best compromise between the investment and space optimization. It is therefore sought to minimize the construction investment and subsequent costs by helping to achieve the maximum number of bedrooms with separate toilet, but without neglecting the comfort and ergonomics of its space, while allowing an adequate margin for the realization the common areas and services.
the B & B so we realized, with the bare minimum of works of demolition and rebuilding, is composed of n. 4 Double rooms with attached toilet shower, a large common area used as a kitchen and breakfast room, lobby and common utility room / office eg the holding of stocks and linen.
The actions proposed concern, summarily, the realization of some partitions dividing, the opening of two compartments, the remaking of the shower and toilet facilities widening a door opening on the bearing walls, using suitable cerclage, in the breakfast room.
Such interventions in their simplicity, allow to maintain unchanged the plants, paving and the existing windows.
Considering the average budget requested by the customer and what the market currently offers design and furniture, the focus was on a type of character set-up with Cosmopolitan, adopting a style with contemporary influences of Industrial Design.
The furnishings included, of semi-craft, are obtained and made with solid wood New or recycled; it is preferred mostly for furniture, use natural materials Certificates PEFC (Programme for the recognition of Forest Certification) completely recyclable, instead of materials obtained from purely industrial processes, which usually contain glues, paints and materials that can be harmful to health.
A focus is placed then on everything that can be organic; therefore ample space to paint natural lime paints and beeswax.
