Il progetto distributivo rispetta quelli che sono i vincoli architettonici esistenti, evitando al minimo opere di demolizione (solo una parte di muro in corrispondenza del camino esistente) e costruzioni (solo dove necessario per ricavare il bagno interno ad ogni camera). E’ stata proposta un’ulteriore alternativa nel caso si volesse evitare la demolizione sopra menzionata, relativa alla camera L05.
Di base sono state proposte due opzioni che differiscono solo per presenza di monoblocchi cucina in camera, così da renderle autonome. Infatti per entrambe le opzioni, ogni camera prevede un bagno privato e l’unica camera tripla, più grande, presenta un monoblocco cucina ad ante rientranti per diventare una sorta di vero monolocale.
L’opzione A, che prevede il punto cottura in ogni camera, presenta n.7 camere per un totale di n.14 posti letto. Ogni camera è provvista di sedie e tavolino pieghevoli per la colazione, tanti quanto sono gli utenti della camera, con la possibilità di essere piegati e riposti in un contenitore laddove gli spazi sono più ristretti (es. L01 ed L03).
L’opzione B, n.6 camere per un totale di n.13 posti letto, presenta una sala colazione comune con cucina completa di frigo, mensole snack perimetrali profondità 40 cm e n.10 sgabelli (una seduta per ciascun utente, tenendo presente che nella camera tripla c’è un monoblocco cucina con relative sedie e tavolo colazione).
I bagni sono tutti ciechi poiché ogni camera presenta un’unica finestra (salvo la camera L02).

The distribution project respects the existing architectural constraints, avoiding demolition (only a portion of the wall at the existing fireplace) and construction (only where needed to get the suite for each room). It is proposed another alternative in case you want to avoid the above mentioned demolition on the room L05.
Two options have been proposed and for both each room includes a private bathroom and the only triple room, the largest, has a compact galley recessed door to become a kind of real apartment.
Option A, which includes the cooking area in every room, has 7 rooms for a total of 14 beds. Each room has a folding table and chairs for breakfast, as many as are users of the room, with the possibility to be folded and put in a container where the spaces are narrower (eg. L01 and L03).
Option B, 6 bedrooms for a total of 13 beds, has a common breakfast room with full kitchen with refrigerator, shelves snacks depth 40 cm and 10 stools (one seat for each user, bearing in mind that the triple room is a monoblock kitchen with chairs and breakfast table).
The bathrooms are all blind as every room has a single window (unless the room L02).
