The project aims to obtain 5 double bedrooms plus a single still be equipped with space-saving beds, complete with private bathroom, each with a different type of furniture corrsipondenti styles most sought after and that diversify the offer. The bathrooms are equipped with sanitary style corresponding to its room. Each room is separated from the adjacent one by a double buffering of the total thickness of 20 cm comprising two sheets of perforated bricks with interposed acoustic insulation in order to guarantee an optimal soundproofing of the rooms. Completes the composition a living area with kitchen for breakfast. To simplify the exhaust systems of the baths, a part of the apartment has the raised floor of 30 cm so as to maintain the columns discharge current and connected to these baths in different location.
