Dear Client thank you so much for this interesting project.
As you will see from the description of the project in the submission, my design is trying to blend in the building with surrounding architectural elements from the site. But it does so with a modern character. By adding the perforated corten steel shutters for privacy and shade, it makes the building an ever changing attraction. The Microtopping concrete although is applied generously is there to give a modern character to the classical ideal of the repeated arch element.
This has been in effort to design a space that will be attractive, closet to the surrounding aesthetics and nice to be in. The spaces have been designed in a way to make an interesting group of spaces and elegant and to achieve more numbers where possible.
