We are going to completely modernise our bathroom but without moving the actual perimeter walls, for the rest everything can/should be changed water pipe included.
The height of the room is 293cm for other measures please refer to the design attached. The thickness of the wall is still to be determined.
This is the only bathroom of the apartment so we would like to have a nice bathroom but at the same time operational as it will be widely used.
We need to add a dryer (to be evaluated with the space available) and we would like to replace the bath tub with a shower. The toilet should remain in the actual position as the drainpipe of the building is located in the corner to the right of the window.
We would like to evaluate the possibility to use alternative materials for the coverage of the walls instead of the traditional tile of ceramic (or a mix of), this for design and space reasons.
Any idea in order to reduce the “space” occupied by the door is more than welcome.
We would like to change the existing radiator with a new one potentially to be used also as cloth dryer.
Generally we don’t prefer small sink, shower, bidet etc… as not easy to use.
For our toilet we would like to use a direct flush (as we already have) instead of the usual flush tank.
