The project plans according to the requirements of the customer the total remodeling of the space through a modern architectural language and inspiring. The flooring of the basement is in stoneware and produces formal continuity in environment while the color on the walls white and beige produces an environment relaxing but at the same time warm and welcoming. HVAC systems, are in the same location but are hidden in the false ceiling.
Area 1: the project provides a unique area covered with resin cement which houses the bar and the area for the DJ, also the back of the area includes a series of shelves in laminated wood with LED recessed for bottles. We also expanded the lounge area with a couch and a large front screen for projections / home theater. One seat wooden laminate incorporates the audio system which is shielded inside with sound-absorbing panels. The new wall that divides the area 1 from 2 contains an aquarium embedded and covered with slabs of basalt. The lighting consist an series of LEDs circular and rectangular recessed in the false ceiling.
Area 2: The partition wall between area1 and area 2 in this space becomes library built-in and the aquarium is present and visible from both sides. The play area is located along the right wall and are a foosball table, a game table for 6 people, a table tennis and billiards. We also made a storage that filters the two areas and defines the dining area. The curve wall slabs of laminated wood silkscreened welcomes the dining area that consists of a table for 8 people and a relaxation area. Furthermore, the custom lighting provides for the visual separation of the two areas through the use of LEDs recessed in the false ceiling.
Area 3: As required by the client area 2 is divided from 3 through a glass door that allows the entry of natural light, we replaced the outside of the scale with a partition wall and a windows that overlooking at the entrance of the basement . At the entrance area there is a piano with a new seating and storage. In addition, the relaxation area includes a cabinet in white laminate and wood for CD and one Minibar. Complete the room a U-shaped sofa and a dining table for 6 people. The front wall of the dining area is covered with wallpaper while the lighting is LED recessed in the false ceiling.

Il progetto prevede secondo le richieste del committente la rimodulazione totale dello spazio mediante un linguaggio architettonico moderno e stimolante. Tutta la pavimentazione del seminterrato è in lastre di gres per creare una continuità formale mentre il colore alle pareti bianco e tortora creano un ambiente rilassante ma allo stesso tempo caldo e accogliente. Abbiamo ricollocato gli allacci per l'aria condizionata dove erano presenti inglobandoli nel cartongesso.
Area 1: il progetto prevede un bancone unico rivestito in cemento resinato che accoglie il bar e l'area per il dj, inoltre il retro del bancone prevede una serie di mensole in legno laminato con led incassati per le bottiglie. Inoltre abbiamo ampliato la zona lounge area con un divano componibile e un grande schermo frontale per le proiezioni / home theater. Una seduta in legno laminato continua ingloba l'impianto audio che viene schermato internamente con dei pannelli fonoassorbenti. La nuova parete che divide l'area 1 dalla 2 contiene un acquario incassato ed è rivestita in lastre di ceramica basaltina mentre la pavimentazione è in lastre di gres grigio. L'illuminazione è composta da una serie di led circolari e rettangolari incassati nel controsoffitto.
Area 2 :La parete divisoria tra area1 e area 2 in questo spazio diventa libreria built-in e l'acquario è presente e visibile da entrambi i lati. La zona giochi è posizionata lungo il muro destro e sono presenti un bigliardino, un tavolo da gioco per 6 persone , un tavolo da ping pong e un biliardo. Inoltre abbiamo ricavato uno storage che filtra le due aree e definisce la zona pranzo. La parete curva in lastre di legno laminato serigrafate accoglie la zona pranzo composta da un tavolo per 8 persone e una seduta relax. Inoltre l'illuminazione personalizzata prevede la separazione visiva delle due aree mediante l'utilizzo di led ad incasso nel controsoffitto. La pavimentazione è in lastre di gres grigio.
Area 3 : Come richiesto dal committente l'area 2 viene divisa dall'area 3 mediante una porta vetrata che permette l'ingresso della luce naturale, abbiamo sostituito la parte esterna della scala con un muro divisorio e un affaccio vetrato all'ingresso del seminterrato. All'ingresso dell'area è presente un pianoforte con sedute e un nuovo storage. Inoltre la zona relax comprende un mobile in laminato bianco e legno per i cd e giochi con annesso Minibar vintage. Completa la stanza un divano ad U e un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone. La parete frontale della zona pranzo è rivestita di carta da parati mentre l'illuminazione è in led incassati nel controsoffitto.
