basement in villa

Hello,
I'm obtaining a basement apartment in a villa with a large garden in Rome. For now, the goal is to rent it for short periods to individuals through sites such airbnb . The ceiling height is 2.70 meters and the apartment will not be very bright, in fact, there will be 3 windows ( outside of the windows will be made ​​an excavation or increase brightness).
In the seedling there is a small error with respect to the bath , in practice the wall is not semicircular but flat. I'd like to have some idea for the furniture that I have yet to choose ( even the kitchen I still have to order it ), perhaps focusing on modern lines that give brightness, for now I would not spend a lot, Ikea would be fine but if there are other ideas are welcome (indicating also where to find the furniture and if possible with the approximate price ).
Any other idea even small changes are welcomed. Of course since the apartment is to be rent, at least 4 beds are required.

sto ricavando un appartamento seminterrato in una villa con un ampio giardino a Roma. Per ora l’obiettivo è affittarla per brevi periodi a privati tramite siti tipo airbnb. L’altezza del soffitto è di soli 2,70 metri e l’appartamento non sarà molto luminoso, ci saranno infatti 3 finestre (al di fuori delle finestre verrà fatto uno o scavo aumentare la luminosità).
Nella piantina c’è un piccolo errore per quanto riguarda il bagno, i pratica la parete non è semicircolare ma piatta.
Mi piacerebbe avere qualche idea per gli arredamenti che devo ancora scegliere (anche la cucina devo ancora ordinarla), magari privilegiando linee moderne che diano luminosità, per ora non vorrei spendere molto, ikea andrebbe bene ma se ci sono altre idee sono le benvenute (indicando anche dove trovare i mobili e se possibile con il prezzo approssimativo). Qualunque altra idea anche di piccole modifiche è la benvenuta. Naturalmente visto che è da affittare minimo sono necessari 4 posti letto (letto matrimoniale e divano letto nel soggiorno immagino).
