Il nostro progetto parte da un’attenta analisi delle richieste poste dal cliente, cercando
di studiare lo stato attuale della casa ed adattandola alla famiglia numerosa che vi
andrà a vivere.
L’idea di adibire a zona giorno il piano terra e a zona notte il piano sovrastante, ci è
sembrato ottimale, soprattutto andando a ridisegnare l’elemento unificante ossia la
scala, che dal piano interrato al primo sarà completamente rifatta. Una scala con nuove
finiture e caratterizzata da piante ornamentali, che prenderà luce dal grande salone.
La cucina a vista dalla zona pranzo e dal salotto, ma comunque separabile con porte
scorrevoli in vetro. Gli ambienti accessori al piano terra sono stati ridistribuiti e
semplificati nella loro configurazione spaziale.
Al primo piano si è cercato di ricavare tre camere da letto singole, con guardaroba e
bagno in comune, mentre l’ampia camera padronale, con bagno e guardaroba privato,
ha accesso a un piccolo terrazzino.
Il grande vuoto sul salotto sottostante porta luce e carattere all’intera struttura.
Nell’interrato, invece, si vengono a creare nuovi spazi vivibili in famiglia o in
compagnia grazie ad una tavernetta con angolo cottura, una sala cinema e una zona attrezzata per losport.

Our project starts from a careful analysis of the demands placed by the customer, looking

On the first floor we have tried to obtain three single bedrooms, with wardrobe and
shared bathroom, while the large master bedroom with private bathroom and cloakroom,
has access to a small terrace.
The great void on the lounge below brings light and character to the entire structure.
In the basement, however, they create new living space in the family or in company thanks to a tavern with kitchenette, a cinema room and an area equipped for the sport.
