project Info: The Floor height can be raised by thermal insulation and Screed without inducing seemingly destructive load to the floor slab below; But a professional building surveyor needs to check the supporting structure below this floor.
In the case it is not possible to raise the floor as high as app. 25 cm then the other solution which is not uncommon in these situations is to to build minimal single steps before every entrance. And for the full long size windows (H: 200>) the distance between the bottom of the window and the floor can be covered with the same window frame to look aesthetically pleasing.
