It was an absolute pleasure and so much fun to work on your project. I am sure you will love the space I have created for you and your family.
The idea started when I read how much storage space you needed so I decided to create living spaces defined by storage possibilities. In every room and in the hallways you have built-in storage that gives you function and also allows for us to create a decorated modern space.
The living area, dining area, and kitchen are conceived with an open floor plan and they were created using your dimensional needs for these rooms. For the kitchen, I have also included an equipment scheme so you understand my plans better.
Next to the kitchen is the pantry and next to the pantry is the bathroom with a washing machine and dryer that is next to the bedroom that you will use as a sports room.
Down is the main bedroom which has its own walk-in closet and bathroom and is connected to the study which is located next to one of the entrances.
The stair leading to the roof I have placed north of the wall which is next to the elevator.
I have also made small changes in the openings to the terrace. Now you can exit to the terrace from a double door in the living room or a single door in the kitchen.
On the terrace, I have placed the needed greenhouse which is 30 sqm.
The concept of the interior design and solution are ultra-modern and extra-functional to best serve your needs now and in the future.
