The project has a prior objective to use the modern style putting value into the existing distribution of the space of the apartment and structural elements.
The layout was thought to value the internal interactions on the house, having various spaces to get together with guests and special spaces where you can have a better view of the outside environment, also the integration between the social spaces was put in priority here.
