I am very happy to participate in your contest.
My main challenge was the improper distribution and dispersion of different parts of the apartment, that's why I tried to divide the rooms properly with minimal movement in the current walls.
By removing the extra walls, I created an open environment for the living, dining and kitchen areas.
I moved the kitchen from the current closed place and placed it in a place that has a window to the outside and has direct access to the dining room.
In order to reduce plumbing costs, I assumed the location of the bathrooms to be fixed.
Next to the guest bathroom, I envisioned a laundry room and clothes storage.
I moved the study room to the end of the house and put the exercise room and dry sauna in it.
I suggested two plans for the bedrooms, the difference in which is the access to the second bathroom.
