I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of your Project Apartment (Penthouse Square) .
The idea of the project is to renovate a penthouse apartment with an area of 230 square meters, so that it has been completely renovated and the spaces have been redistributed.
The idea of intervention was worked on to reduce the current corridor, as the entrance to the apartment was divided into a separate corridor that leads to a smaller corridor containing the bedrooms, which leads to the last corridor, which expands in width to include storage spaces to reduce the boredom caused by the long corridors, and thus harmony was created between the hallways as shown. . The living area is connected to the main balcony, so we preferred to keep it as it is, while expanding it and adding a side balcony to it to contain a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people.
We notice in the living room that it is an open space with a dining area separated by a glass partition, so that the kitchen remains separate and is also connected to the terrace, allowing food to be transported to it easily.
The current apartment contains one master bedroom with its own bathroom with a changing room, two single bedrooms suitable for children with queen-sized beds, a second bathroom, and another room with a private bathroom for the housekeeper or can be used as a guest room.
The laundry room was set up near the housekeeper's room, with the room containing a terrace that allowed the clothes dryer to be placed
The idea of creating dynamic false ceilings was worked on to introduce hidden LED strip lights throughout the house. VMC was also introduced to the suspended ceiling.
