Please find below my proposal for the modification.
Project description:
1. In this renovation, I propose to demolish the corridor walls to integrate this space into functional area to gain spacious area. I have offer 2 options with lightly change in the common area (living room, dining room and kitchen area).
In Option 1: We have large space for living room and dining room combine together. The dining room is large enough to place a long table (10 seats) (can be hold a party). The kitchen is at side separate from dining room and can be turned to close kitchen if needed. It also connects to terrace dining area.
In Option 2: We have an open kitchen with island bar, and dining room join together. The dining room have the view to the terrace.
2. For the bedroom area: we have 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms (Area>14 m2) and housekeeper room.
The master bedroom is wide and offer full function: pre-function room with decorative console, large walk-in closet; wide master bathroom with double basin, has both stand shower and bathtub; and spacious sleep area with wide bed.
At the entrance of the apartment, we have a foyer, laundry area and walk in closet for storing clothes, shoes and other household stuffs. Share bathroom for two double bed with 4 pieces layout (basin, toilet, bidet and shower).
Please note that all bathrooms have windows for natural lighting and ventilation.
The housekeeper room has its own small bathroom.
3. In the Option 1, we have bedroom 3 at the South side of the house, in the Option 2, we have all 3 bedrooms at the North side of the apartment.
I would propose to offer Option 1 for this renovation. As I think a large dining area join with living making the common area more grand for the apartment. And the separate kitchen (can be closed as a hidden kitchen) is more practical in the grand penthouse.
4. For the furniture and lighting choice, I propose to choose modern and contemporary style to innovate the penthouse apartment.
5. For the color scheme, I propose to use neutral color.
