Per la realizzazione del progetto di trasformazione del terrazzo in appartamento residenziale si è pensato di creare un design moderno e minimale. L'ascensore per raggiungere il piano sarà realizzato con struttura metallica all'ingresso dell'edificio, formando un corridoio di collegamento con l'ascensore e le scale. L'appartamento sarà formato da una zona giorno con zona lounge vista mare e accesso diretto alla veranda con finestra apribile per creare un unico ambiente dentro e fuori. La cucina farà parte della zona giorno ma sarà separata da una vetrata richiudibile all'occorrenza. Verrà creato un wc a servizio della zona giorno con lavabo, wc bidet, e ampia doccia. La camera da letto sarà ampia e orientata verso la veranda, avrà anche un wc personale. Il divano della zona giorno può essere trasformato in 2 letti singoli in modo che l'appartamento possa ospitare comodamente 4 persone. La veranda sarà una parte importante dell'appartamento con un'ampia superficie e avrà un salotto e una zona pranzo. La ringhiera della nuova aggiunta che verrà realizzata sarà in vetro in modo che la vista dal mare sia massima. La costruzione del tetto sarà realizzata con travi in legno che sporgono e sulla veranda per consentire la creazione di dettagli architettonici e funzionali. Su questa costruzione verrà montata una tenda che verrà chiusa per creare ombra durante le giornate calde e sul lato nord verranno montate strutture in legno per proteggersi dai venti.

The roof's construction will be made of wooden beams that will protrude and on the veranda to enable the creation of architectural and functional detail. This construction will be mounted a tent that will be closed to create shade during hot days and on the north side will be mounted wooden structures to protect from winds
