It is a penthouse that should be connected to a super penthouse (above) of 75 square m (this doesn’t exist yet), that we would like to make in white wood. The penthouse has a terrace in front, which can be occupied by a canopy with a large window for about 30 square meters, in order to enlarge the existing penthouse of 90 square meters. The canopy should has a walk-on cover in order to be the veranda of the above super penthouse.
The existing plants in attachment falsely report a ladder to gain access to the super penthouse that does not actually exist (it was part of a first draft). The perimeter walls are load-bearing and in the second plant the two pillars are highlighted.
We desire to have a downstairs open plan as a living area with a large window to the terrace in front of the kitchen and a large sliding door to access to the terrace. We would like to make a laundry room (with w.c. and shower) accessible from the kitchen, an office area, a guest bedroom and a main bathroom. Our issue is the location of the beautiful staircase to access to the super penthouse and the location of the main bathroom so you can conveniently access from the open space.
In the super penthouse, on the other hand, we would like to have the master bedroom, the room for children’s play area / study, a bathroom and a large walk-in closet. At the moment we have no idea wherever it is better to locate this super penthouse of 75 square meters and which is best shape of its perimeter, so we would be glad to accept your suggestions. We want to use photovoltaic panels to cover the roof of super penthouse.
We have provided the kitchen’s plan (attached), model english mood by Minacciolo (white butter).
Our favourite style is mixed classic and shabby chic with a predominance of white. The existing furniture for the living room is a dining room with table and chairs and the shabby bottom piece walnut in white.
