The proposal that I propose for the remodeling of the apartment, consists of distributing the space in such a way that 4 rooms can fit, an essential requirement of the client, since he has 3 children. The rooms are spacious enough to place a small desk where they can do their homework. Also each one has a specific color to differentiate them. The bathrooms were expanded respecting the drainage points.

Both the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are in one very large space. The table is 6 seats, but can easily accommodate 8 people. The kitchen has a bar and two auxiliary chairs.

The gas fireplace is in front of the sofa and there is also a TV.
The terrace is characterized by having a pergola that replaces the existing roof, below it is a sofa built in concrete in the shape of an L with waterproof fabric cushions and a dining table.

On the west side, there is the barbecue area, a fireplace and the whirlpool. All about a wooden floor that provides warmth.

The terrace will be surrounded by vegetation in order to set the space and give it life.

The interior doors are replaced with new, modern ones. The floor will also be replaced by a wooden one.
