Solution 1
At the first solution I added at the day area 10 mq. I proposed open space for the day area, living room and kitchen without a division.
For the night area I proposed that the master bedroom can be distant from the children bedrooms for more privacy. Bathrooms and kitchen are positionate near discharge columns.
The added space for 10 mq helped us to positionate 3 bathrooms in the apartment, ample space, comfort and flexible.
Two of the berooms have walk in closet. Near from the entrance is the storage. The kitchen is near with the terrace to have access to have dinner out.

Solution 2
The second solution is like the first one but I closed the kitchen with a glass door from the living room.

Solution 3

The day area, the living room with kitchen are in same place where they are, to reduce hydraulic expensive. Is reorganized the night area. The master bedroom has more privacy, disconnected from the children bedroom. Two of the bedrooms have walk in closet. There sre two bathrooms, a storage and a laundry space. There is a ceremonial dinning space.

Solution 4
The kitchen is in another position in this solution. The laundry and the storage are divided from each other. One of the children bedroom is near at the master bedroom. The kitchen is disconnected from the living room and near from the entrance.
