The project redefines an existing residence through openness, light, and continuity. By demolishing the walls indicated by the client, the design integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a single, fluid space that frames the sea view and enhances the connection between interior and exterior. A new wall, precisely dimensioned to accommodate a 100” TV, becomes the central articulating element between living and kitchen areas, balancing openness with subtle privacy.
The interior palette combines light wood tones with white and gray surfaces, creating a serene and contemporary atmosphere. Feature walls in gray microcement add texture and character, while a lighting scheme of neutral track lights and warm accent fixtures defines ambiance and depth.
Vegetation plays a key role, both indoors and on the terrace, where vertical gardens and low plants maintain visual transparency toward the sea. The result is a harmonious, sustainable space that promotes fluidity, comfort, and aesthetic coherence—an architectural dialogue between music, light, and landscape.

Il progetto ridefinisce una residenza esistente attraverso apertura, luce e continuità. Con la demolizione delle pareti indicate dal cliente, il design integra soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina in un unico spazio fluido che incornicia la vista sul mare e valorizza la connessione tra interno ed esterno. Una nuova parete, progettata per ospitare un televisore da 100”, diventa l’elemento centrale di articolazione tra l’area giorno e la cucina, equilibrando apertura e privacy.
La palette interna combina tonalità chiare del legno con superfici bianche e grigie, creando un’atmosfera serena e contemporanea. Le pareti in microcemento grigio aggiungono texture e personalità, mentre l’illuminazione a binario con luce neutra e lampade calde definisce la profondità e l’ambiente notturno.
La vegetazione è parte integrante del progetto, sia all’interno che sulla terrazza, dove giardini verticali e piante basse mantengono la trasparenza visiva verso il mare. Il risultato è uno spazio armonico, sostenibile e coerente, che celebra la fluidità, il comfort e il dialogo tra musica, luce e paesaggio.
