The proposal suggests a continuous and clear space between the kitchen, the living room and the big terrace with the fantastic
views, thanks to the new big corridor windows in the living and the removal of the columns in the old living room. The new modern kitchen opens to the rest of the house with a big island.
The main room have direct access to the terrace, and the cozy jacuzzi in the corner. The size of the room is used to include a small work zone in case you have the other room occupied or you have some guests in the living. The bathroom and the dressing room are design in order to take advantage of the height allowed by the ceiling.
The other room have also a good space to work, and its own bathroom. In order to increase your privacy, a new direct entry from the living is created so it can be used by your guests without going through the bedrooms.
Two proposal are made, one with the dining table inside, and one with it in the ‘pergola’, this one is made with corridor windows that can be rolled up in order to open this area to the rest of the terrace during the warm seasons.
The terrace has also a place to sunbathe, sofas and seats to have a coffee, read or relax, a storage space and a bbq area.
