I have submitted a design for your "attic with a view" in Milan that meets all your specifications.

As shown in the illustrations and drawings, the new design features a minimalist, modern, and expansive living room that is continuous with the open-plan kitchen. Option 1 features a climate-controlled pergola that provides a pleasant space to eat during all seasons; Option 2 has the dining table inside.

A 2x2 pool rests on the far end of the balcony, along with a fire pit/BBQ, and a tasteful collection of modern chairs and tables to relax outside. I recommend adding 70cm planters around the side for privacy and refurbishing the surface with concrete pavers to meet your modern taste.

The two bedrooms each have a bathroom, and a dressing room that takes advantage of the sloping roof is also included. New floor-to-ceiling windows for the living room allow ample sunlight to flow into the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom.
