It’s an apartment on the top floor that has views of Etna and the sea, in the north of Siracusa. Everything needs to be done from scratch. The main issue is that the house has a slight curvature to it. There is one balcony (approx 15 metres) and no terrace. I would like to create 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (possibly an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom). I will also need managing of the lighting, electrical, water, alarm system and heating system ( with design radiators). For the floors I would like large boarded parquet, or a wood effect gres, or we could mix types of wood.
For the main bathrooms a bathtub is not essential but I will need a large shower with two large showerheads. I would like the toilet and the bidet to be encased in the wall with the flushing mechanism hidden in the wall. White doors, gas fireplace, led lights, heating and dimmer light switches. I would also like a retractable roof for a projector. I like technology and design. I would like a minimalist, modern look with some more classic touches (for instance, an early 1900 wooden chest of drawers) or even some vintage touches (like a 70s Coca Cola fridge).
