Description

This project blends functionality with aesthetic appeal.
The living area features a sophisticated entertainment wall with integrated library/cabinetry for clothes and shoes at the entrance, the TV rack, with a fireplace, and a mounted TV, all set against a dark chevron-patterned accent wall, giving a modern touch to the space.
The kitchen and dining area apply an open-plan layout, with a sleek kitchen island, contemporary lighting, and unique wall designs.

Proposing two distribution options for the girls bedrooms, the first, more radical, relocates the kitchen and the rooms in such a way to achieve easy access for the grand piano. With this space re-distribution the piano can be moved from the living room to the bedroom, passing by shelves that could be opened for this purpose.
The second one, more conservative, keeps the kitchen and living room in the same position but in a more integrated way, and the bedrooms each in their location, but allowing access to the largest piano through the living room from a door/library furniture located strategically in the nearest corner. This bedrooms contemplates acoustic panels for sound isolation.
The master bedroom in the first option offers a wide and comfortable walking closet with a dressing table.

All the spaces were designed with a calming neutral palette, featuring minimalist furnishings, soft textiles, and large windows that invite natural light, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.
