Thank you for the opportunity to work on your project. I enjoyed it and hope I've managed to meet your needs and expectations.

I'm sending two floorplan solutions that match your two preferred layout options, and I'll briefly talk through both proposals and explain some main points regarding the design.

OPTION 1

This layout is organized in a way that divides the apartment into an east and west section. The east section is the night area and the west is the day area.
As you enter the apartment in the original position there is a small entrance hall with storage space for coats and shoes. This space is visually enclosed by the fireplace towards the lounge area so that you don't step into the living area directly but still don't have a completely closed environment. The back of the fireplace can hold a mirror or a small beach towards the entrance door if needed.
The west-oriented open space consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula, a dining area that is flexible to e arranged in various ways according to your needs regarding the number of guests you intend to host, and a lounge area along the south side of the apartment.
The lounge is organized in a way for you to be able to face both towards the fireplace for a more cozy atmosphere and towards the tv area.
Between the day and night areas of the apartment, I've placed the bathroom and storage space. The bathroom position makes it easily accessible both from the living area and the bedrooms and provides it with natural light and ventilation. The bathroom is quite large and equipped with a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and bidet, and storage space. You mentioned you do not need a washer, if that changes there is enough space to add the washer both in the bathroom and in the storage space. The bathroom could, if preferred have a smaller shower and a freestanding bathtub in addition to the shower if that is something you would enjoy.
The bedrooms are both furnished with a large double bed with nightstands, a built-in wardrobe, and a small vanity corner.

OPTION 2

This option divides the space into a north and a south area of the apartment. The north area consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a small storage area, while the south area is an open space that consists of a kitchen, dining area, and lounge.
As you enter the apartment you step into a small entrance hall that is open towards the living area. The hallway has a built-in wardrobe for coats and showed and through it, you enter the bathroom. One of the cupboards can be a laundry closet if needed and open towards the inside of the connection between the entrance hall and bathroom.
The south open space is functionally divided into three areas, the lounge on the west end, the dining area in the middle, and the kitchen on the east end of the apartment. The lounge area is organized around the fireplace and tv corner while it can be further extended towards the east. The dining area can be reduced or extended depending on your needs, adjusting the ratio between the lounge and dining area size. The kitchen is open towards the dining area with a peninsula between the two.
As in the first option the kitchen is fully equipped, and in this option can be enlarged if preferred.
The two bedrooms are placed on two sides of the apartment. One is accessed from the entrance hall and the second bedroom is accessed from the living area. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with nightstands, a built-in wardrobe, and a vanity corner.

The choice between the two options is up to your preference, both have some great features and the decision is mainly to be based on the way you spend your time at home and what your needs and priorities are. I've rendered the living area of option 1 for you to get a better understanding of the space and atmosphere that is created within it.
