The main challenge in this plan is design of the living room and the kitchen. This design should be such that in addition to having as much space as possible for the living space, it also provides the appropriate dimensions of the bedroom, including 3 beds.
For this purpose, 2 plans have been designed:
Alt 01- In this plan, the living area is bigger than the other plan. The dining room is combined with the kitchen. And so we have a bigger space.
Alt 02- In this plan, this time the bedroom is bigger than the other plan and therefore the living space is smaller. The layout of the dining room and living room is such that an integrated space is created for the TV room.
In both plans, for bedroom with 3 bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 double deck bed is considered.
