Dear customer: The following project was carried out in order to fulfill as much as possible with your requirements, as well as respecting local regulations and requirements.
Very light and airy space located with sea views and plenty of sunlight.
We used blue, cream and white palette to give residents a sea vibe.
Main Space
The space is located in such a way that you can already see the outside from the circulation, the kitchen and the living room Kitchen is placed as close to the bathroom for better management of sanitary pipes. It did not seem optimal to us to make large furniture for the kitchen because it is a vacation apartment so we made the right and necessary furniture for the use that will be given to it
Main Bedroom
Plenty of sunlight and lot of ventilation with access to the balcony facing to the sea views. We didn't see it as optimal to have such a large wardrobe due to the lack of clothing storage for being a vacation house, so we decided to make the most of the space and place it next to the head of the bed.
Triple Bedroom
Bedroom for 3 people, with a bunk bed and a loft bed, with 2.00m x 0.90m (IKEA standard size) and 1 desk for personal use. The space was used to the fullest for optimal circulation by placing the wardrobe under a loft bed.
Bathroom
Despite the little space, the equipment was placed with the correct measurements for a comfortable and adequate use of the bathroom. This space contains 1 Bathtub, 1 Bidet, 1 Toilet and 1 Sink. It was considered to design a shelf to place towels and toilet accessories.
