Since this apartment has a limited space, let's make some changes to get a bigger and efficient space:
1. Instead of having a big room for kitchen, lets make a small compact kitchen in the living area. This is a vacation house - you don't need a big kitchen.
2. I change the position of Master Bedroom and Bathroom doors - to make a more efficient arrangement.
3. For Bathroom, keep the position of the basin, toilet, and bathtub, because it is expensive to change the pipes location. But we can change the wall and floor tiles, and then add a big mirror to make the room look bigger.
4. For the Child's Bedroom, we can make a custom bunkbed to fit 3 person.
5. In the living area, I make 2 alternatives, first one you get a sofa, the second one you get the dining table. Which one do you like?
The material scheme is inspired by light sand colors.
