I´m very excited to present our proposal for your apartment.
We saw the wonderful spaces you can get in the apartment.
We began working with the first draft you send to us.
The main differences come in bedroom #2 and #3 where we made
some modifications so every bedroom could have their own bathroom.
We have two options:
Option 1
With 4 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms in each bedroom, we think this is the best option.
Three bedrooms can have a king size bed with their own walking closet and their own bathroom.
The bedroom #2 is a little bit smaller but it has a queen size bedroom we think its still a good size)
Option 2
With 5 bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms, here we have smaller bedrooms in which bedroom #1 and #2
share the same bathroom. bedroom #1 has an individual bed and bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed.
This is the main difference between both options.
In both, we have kitchen, laundry room, pantry, and big dining and living room.
We thought its a great idea to have a connection between the living space and the kitchen so
we made an open bar that connects both spaces.
The Materials
- We are thinking in very slim brick walls for the distribution of spaces.
- If you want more privacy between spaces you could add a drywall with some insulation to get rid of the sound between spaces.

Painting: You can combine white with different tones of gray on specific walls.
Wood. Use wood panels with the same tone you use on the floor, use it on certain details to give an elegant new look & feel
