The initial design idea was to create open space with sense of the warms colors and bold accents. What used to be an empty and cold space is now a warm and contemporary living room.
It’s a space decorated with very little elements and this allows it to avoid becoming cluttered.
We "played" with your storage wall. We decided to use an additional piece of furniture (custom made) in order to increase value and function of the existing storage wall. As a result we have extra space for relaxing (see diagrams).
The advantage of this proposal is flexibility. It is possible to adjust the concept based on your wishes.
Let me explain, if this concept is mirrored we have a possibility for two more options:
option 1 - dining table closer to the entrance in the living room (TV and dinning table change places), or
option 2 - dining table and TV may be across, on the other side of the wall, (in place of sofas).
