Hi Client, in this design I proposed 3 types of room:
1. 2 Standard Room
The Standard Room consists of a single bed, luggage space, and rod for hanging clothes. This room doesn't have any bathroom, but they can use the shared bathroom in each floor. This room is intended for low-cost travellers.
2. 3 Deluxe Room
The Deluxe Room consists of queen-size bed, luggage space, and rod for hanging clothes. This room also has one private bathroom,
3. 1 Suite Room
The Suite Room is intended for the long-stay guests, this room has a small pantry which has induction stove.

With three different room types, I hope the guest can choose the pricing according to their budgets and needs.

For the balcony and garden, you will get a dining table with four chairs. If you think the chair is too many, you can reduce the chair. I also allocate some space in the corner of the garden for plunge pool or whirlpool tub, it will be more than enough.
