TESTO IN ITALIANO
Obiettivo del progetto è stato:
• ricavare tre camere da letto e due bagni nella zona notte, senza compromettere lo spazio a disposizione della zona giorno, dando priorità alla camera matrimoniale, data la presenza non continuativa delle ragazze;
• realizzare una ampia zona giorno con una separazione fluida tra cucina e soggiorno, mantenendo la relazione diretta con la grande terrazza.
Sono stati quindi spostati i tavolati nella zona del bagno in modo da ricavare due bagni, di cui uno cieco di pertinenza della camera matrimoniale.
La nuova camera è stata ricavata nella zona del bagno attuale ed è arredata con un letto a castello, ma con una soluzione dove i letti sono ruotati di 90° uno rispetto all'altro, generando uno spazio più articolato ed interessante. La camera inoltre gode della presenza del piccolo balcone.
La seconda camera si trova nella posizione della attuale camera ed è arredata con un letto singolo con una soluzione più tradizionale.
Il blocco camera matrimoniale ha il bagno dedicato e completo, attrezzato con wc, bidet, lavabo e doccia; a destra della porta di ingresso una cabina armadio che sfrutta i 5 elementi esistenti ed è chiusa con un sistema di ante scorrevoli in vetro semitrasparente; accanto alla cabina la cassettiera esistente.
Il bagno principale è attrezzato con doppio lavabo, wc, bidet e vasca, oltre allo spazio per la lavatrice, collocata nella nicchia vicino alla finestra, attrezzata con ripiani nella parte superiore; a fronte , sopra la vasca, altra nicchia sempre da attrezzare con ripiani.
La zona giorno si configura come un ampio e luminoso open space dove si articolano due zone: la cucina e la zona soggiorno, separate in maniera fluida da una parete vetrata che ospita nella parte bassa una zona a ripiani, La cucina è attrezzata con gli elementi esistenti con aggiunta del nuovo frigorifero ed in questo spazio è collocato anche il tavolo da pranzo. Nella zona soggiorno il divano ad angolo è protagonista ed è inserito in una specie di nicchia accanto al camino a legna; esattamente di fronte al divano il televisore.
Accanto all'ingresso è stato inoltre ricavato un piccolo ripostiglio per i cappotti utile anche per ospitare altri oggetti e mantenere in ordine la zona di accesso.
Per i pavimenti avrei pensato ad un parquet in rovere chiaro da mettere dappertutto eccetto che nei due bagni.

Target of the project was:
• obtain three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the sleeping area, without compromising the space available in the living area, giving priority to the master bedroom, given the limited presence of the girls;
• create a large living area with a fluid separation between kitchen and living room, while maintaining the direct relationship with the large terrace.
Some walls was moved in the bathroom area to create two bathrooms, one of which is exclusively dedicated to the master bedroom.
The new room was made in the area of the existing bathroom and is furnished with a bunk bed, but with a solution where the beds are turned by 90 ° relative to each other, creating a space more complex and interesting. The room also enjoys the presence of the small balcony.
The second bedroom is in the position of the current room and is furnished with a single bed with a more traditional solution.
The master bedroom block has a bathroom dedicated and complete, equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and shower; to the right of the entrance door a wardrobe that exploits the 5 existing elements and is closed with a sliding door system in semi-transparent glass; next to the cabin the existing drawer.
The master bathroom is equipped with double sink, toilet, bidet and bath, plus space for a washing machine, located in the alcove by the window, equipped with shelves in the upper part; in front, over the bath, other niche always be equipped with shelves.
The living area is configured as a large and bright open space where you can organize two areas, the kitchen and living area, separated smoothly from a glass wall with shelves in the lower area, the kitchen is equipped with the existing elements, with the addition of the new refrigerator and in this space there is also the dining table. In the living area the corner sofa is the protagonist and is inserted in a sort of alcove next to the fireplace; exactly in front of the sofa is located the television.
Next to the entrance is also a small closet for coats useful to accommodate other objects and maintain order in the access area.
For the floors I thought of a light oak parquet to put everywhere except in the two bathrooms.
