ITALIAN VERSION
Questa è la mia nuova distribuzione degli spazi per la vostra casa. Con poche demolizioni e ricostruzioni di nuovi tramezzi, ho cercato di ottenere uno spazio accogliente, fluido e pieno di luce, non trascurando l’aspetto funzionale.
Procedendo per ordine, uno dei primi interventi è quello di sostituire la pavimentazione esistente con una nuova. Ho pensato di posare un pavimento in gres porcellanato effetto parquet di colore chiaro. Questa soluzione oltre a rendere più luminosi gli ambienti, è duratura nel tempo ed è facile da pulire senza rinunciare ad un effetto scenico d’impatto. Essendo meno delicato del parquet e avendo una resistenza maggiore, consiglierei di installarlo anche nelle camere da letto. Qualora sceglieste di lasciare il parquet esistente, consiglierei comunque di procedere allo sbiancamento dello stesso per uniformarlo al colore dell’area living.
Focalizzando l’attenzione sulle pareti, sicuramente è necessario eliminare la carta da parati esistente, sostituendola con una pittura dai toni chiari. Avevo pensato di lasciare i soffitti bianchi per dare un senso di maggiore altezza dello spazio e dipingere di colore giada, colore fresco, delicato e che ricorda il mare, una parte delle pareti verticali.
Scendendo nel dettaglio, iniziando dall’area living, il mio intervento consiste nella creazione di un unico ambiente con 3 aree distinte: una zona salotto, una zona pranzo e la zona cucina, la differenziazione tra loro è percepibile con semplici accortezze. Riutilizzando i mobili in vostro possesso, metterei in risalto la cucina, il cui colore predominante è il bianco, sulla parete giada. Inoltre per dare una maggiore illuminazione al piano di lavoro, ho pensato di installare una striscia led sotto i pensili della cucina. E’ stato inserito un ulteriore piano alto d’appoggio sulla parete opposta munita di sgabelli che può diventare un’area breakfast. Al fine di sistemare in modo più consono ai nuovi ambienti i vostri mobili, non ho ritenuto opportuno inserire l’isola in quanto essa stessa avrebbe tolto molto spazio all’area pranzo. Il soggiorno invece presenta una controsoffittatura con illuminazione a faretti led che accompagnano la vista fino all’ingresso. Qui è presente una capiente cabina armadio ricavata prendendo un po’ di spazio all’ingresso che viene così leggermente rimpicciolito proprio come richiesto dalla committenza.
Nella camera da letto matrimoniale, ho inserito l’armadio in vostro possesso aggiungendo un modulo nuovo con ante specchiate per dare un senso di maggiore profondità alla stanza. Il letto proposto è un oggetto dalle linee semplici e dai colori chiari, ma soprattutto ha una duplice funzione, quella più ovvia del dormire e una contenitiva per poter riporre comodamente oggetti nella parte sottostante. Nella camera più piccola, invece, si inserisce alla perfezione il comodo letto con armadio a ponte già in vostro possesso. Avendo ancora spazio ho inserito un’altra colonna come armadio e una serie di pensili sopra il letto superiore. Vi propongo anche una scrivania che presenta linee e colori simili alla struttura armadio.
Per quanto riguarda i bagni, ne avremo uno piccolo, delle stesse dimensioni attuali e un secondo ingrandito, il primo avrà la doccia mentre nel grande troviamo la vasca. Nel bagno grande è stato ricavato un ripostiglio con ante scorrevoli contenente la lavatrice e una serie di comode scaffalature per riporre oggetti, in questo modo avrete maggiore spazio nella dispensa e l’elettrodomestico sarà nascosto. Ho pensato di utilizzare dei sanitari sospesi per entrambi i bagni in modo tale da avere una sensazione di maggiore spazio. Il lavabo del bagno grande è invece appoggiato ad un piano in multistrato marino resistente all’umidità e all’acqua rivestito in resina effetto legno. Il pavimento sarà anche in questo caso in piastrelle di gres porcellanato.
IL budget a vostra disposizione, avendo già quasi tutti i mobili, vi permette di fare queste modifiche.
Il progetto nell’insieme risulta armonioso anche grazie all’installazione di luci led calde e all’utilizzo di colori tenui che vanno dalle tonalità del grigio alla sabbia, all’azzurro, facendo sì che il tutto venga ricondotto al mare, alla brezza marina e alla sua leggerezza.

This is my new distribution of space for your home. With few demolition and reconstruction of new partitions, I tried to get a cozy space, fluid and full of light, not forgetting the functional aspect.
Proceeding by order, one of the first actions is to replace the existing pavement with a new one. I thought to pose a porcelain stoneware floor effect light-colored parquet. This solution as well as making brighter environments, it is long lasting and is easy to clean without giving up an impact scenic effect. Being less delicate wood floors and having a greater resistance, I would recommend you to install it also in the bedrooms. If you chose to leave the existing flooring, still I recommend to proceed with the whitening of the same color to bring it to the living area.
By focusing on the walls, surely you must delete the card from the existing wallpaper, replacing it with a painting with light shades. I thought about leaving the white ceilings to give a greater sense of height and space to paint color jade, fresh color, delicate and reminiscent of the sea, a part of the vertical walls.
Going into detail, starting from the living, my speech is to create an open space with three distinct areas: a sitting area, a dining area and the kitchen area, the differentiation between them is perceptible with simple precautions. Reusing the furniture in your possession, I would put emphasis on the kitchen, which the predominant color is white, the jade wall. In addition to giving greater illumination to the work plan, I decided to install an LED strip under kitchen cupboards. And a further top table top on the opposite wall provided with stools' was inserted that can become a breakfast bar. In order to fix in a manner best suited to the new environment your furniture, I have not considered it appropriate to include the island in the ones she would take away a lot of space to the dining area. The living room has a rather false ceiling with lighting LED lights that accompany the view to the entrance. Here is a large walk-in closet obtained by taking a bit 'of space at the entrance which is thus slightly shrunk just as requested by the client.
In the master bedroom, I entered the closet in your possession by adding a new form with mirrored doors to give a greater sense of depth to the room. The bed proposed is an object from the simple and light-colored lines, but above all has a dual function, the most obvious of sleep and a containing to be able to conveniently store objects in the underlying part. In the smallest room, however, it fits perfectly comfy bed with bridge wardrobe already own. I am having yet another column space I entered as a wardrobe and a series of hanging above the upper bed. I propose also a desk that has lines and colors similar to the cabinet structure.
As for the bathrooms, we will have a small one, of the same actual size and a second size, the first will have the shower while in the large we find the tub. In the large bathroom a closet with sliding doors has been created containing the washing machine and a set of shelves for convenient storage possibilities, this way you will have more space in the pantry and the appliance will be hidden. I thought of using the sanitary suspended for both baths in such a way as to have a feeling of increased space. The large bathroom sink is instead leaning on a marine plywood floor moisture resistant and waterproof resin coated wood effect. The floor will also in this case of porcelain stoneware tiles.
The budget at your disposal, having already almost all the furniture, allows you to make these changes.
The project as a whole is also harmonious with the installation of warm LED lights and the use of subtle colors ranging from shades of gray to the sand, blue, making the whole system has been brought back to the sea, the sea breeze and to its light weight.
