Il progetto segue le linee guida richieste dal cliente e soddisfa a pieno le sue esigenze.
L'ingresso dell'appartamento conduce alla zona notte tramite una vetrata ed alla zona living tramite una parete attrezzata in legno dogato bianco laccato lucido sormontata da controsoffitto in cartongesso segnato da barre led che illuminano la parete e la zona d'ingresso.
L'ingresso per meglio accogliere gli ospiti presenta pareti con pitture effetto sabbiato sulle tonalità sabbia.
La zona living presenta un'area relax con ampi divani con tavolino ed è illuminata da una lampada da terra , presenta un'ampia parete TV . La cucina all'americana presenta un'ampia zona di lavoro e una comoda penisola con sgabbelli rossi in contrasto col bianco laccato lucido , l'intero arredo è in netto contrasto col pavimento in gres porcellanato effetto legno a creare un'atmosfera flessibile ed ergonomica.
La zona notte è caratterizzata da una zona di distribuzione che conduce alle camere ciscuna col suo servizio igienico.
