L’idea di partenza per l’elaborazione della proposta progettuale è partita dalla localizzazione dell’appartamento;
quindi trovandoci vicino al mare si è pensato di utilizzare una palette di colori comprendente le varie tonalita dell’azzuro combinate con elementi di bianco e grigio. Inoltre si è giocato con le texture delle superfici, abbinando finiture lucide con finiture opache, lisce e materiche.
La suddivisione delle stanze è stata vincolata alle aperture esistenti, pertanto nel rispetto della regola dell’ottavo.
Come richiesto è stato chiuso il secondo ingresso, così facendo si è creata una nicchia che può ospitare un armadio a muro su misura.
Il secondo bagno è stato ricavato nella camera da letto matrimoniale, insieme a una cabina armadio.
Sono state ricavate due camere per i bambini, in quanto essendo un maschio e una femmina, quando cresceranno avranno bisogno della loro privacy.
Nella cameretta più grande, situata al posto della cucina attuale, è stata ricavata una seconda cabina armadio.
Nel frattempo che i bambini sono piccoli, questa stanza potrebbe essere adoperata per entrambi.
In quasto caso si avrebbe una stanza libera da utilizzare secondo le esigenze, come studio per esempio.
Il bagno esistente è stato rivisto. E’ stata allargata la parte dell’ingresso per meglio posizionare la cabina doccia e rendere più lineare l’ambiente.
Il bagno presente nella camera matrimoniale è stato dotato di vasca idromassaggio.
Il soggiorno e la cucina sono stati uniti in un unico ambiente, creando continuità pur mantenendo distinti gli spazi.
Per l’intero appartamento, ad eccezione delle camerette e delle cabine armadio, è stata prevista una controsoffittatura.
Per quanto riguarda il controsoffitto del bagno in camera, sarà utile per il passaggio dell’impianto di areazione forzata, visto che non è dotato di finestra.
Il controsoffitto del soggiorno ospiterà una serie di faretti lungo il perimetro e nei pressi della cucina, mentre nella parte centrale è previsto un impianto a led dimmerabile, per ottenere una luce indiretta e creare un atmosfera rilassante.
La vista sul golfo è godibile da ogni punto del soggiorno-cucina, e dalla camera da letto.
ENGLISH VERSION
The starting idea for the elaboration of the project proposal started from the location of the apartment;
so finding us near the sea we thought to use a color palette including the various shades of blue combined with elements of
white and gray.
In addition, it has been played with the textures of the surfaces, combining glossy finishes with matt, smooth and textured finishes.
The subdivision of the rooms was restricted to the existing openings, therefore in compliance with the 1/8 rule.
As requested, the second entrance was closed, thus creating a niche that can accommodate a custom built wardrobe.
The second bathroom has been created in the double bedroom, together with a walk-in closet.
Two rooms have been created for children, as being a male and a female, when they grow up they will need their privacy.
In the larger children bedroom, located instead of the current kitchen, a second walk-in closet has been created.
In the meantime the children are small, this room could be used for both.
In this case there would be a free room to be used according to the needs, as a study for example.
The existing bathroom has been revised. The part of the entrance has been enlarged to better position the shower enclosure and make the environment more linear.
The bathroom in the master bedroom has been equipped with a whirlpool bath.
The living room and the kitchen have been united in a single environment, creating continuity while keeping the spaces distinct.
For the entire apartment, with the exception of the bedrooms and walk-in closets, a false ceiling has been provided.
With regard to the false ceiling of the bathroom, it will be useful for the passage of forced ventilation system, since it is not equipped with a window.
The false ceiling of the living room will house a series of spotlights along the perimeter and near the kitchen, while in the central part there is a dimmable LED system, to achieve indirect light and create a relaxing atmosphere.
The view on the gulf is enjoyable from every point of the living room-kitchen, and from the bedroom.
