The strength of this house is without doubt its position, that we try to exploit to the best. To the left of the entry we insert some shelves built-in wall that lead the sight and the footstep toward the living area, central space of the whole house. For some meaningful walls we choose to use a particular blue, that besides recalling the colors of the sea, it gives elegance and importance to the spaces.
The colors that we want predominant inside the house are the blue, the white, the mahogany and the orange that, even if it doen’t interfere with the elegance of the spaces, it gives freshness and modernity.
The kitchen is in semi-open space with the living, separated by it through a light shelf, in white steel, that will host the television, plants, books and knickknacks. For the furniture of the kitchen we recommend the white color, with the counter in mahogany that is directly placed on the kitchen. The counter is a privileged point of the house, from which contemplate the beauty of the panorama.
For the bathroom we think about highly modern solutions, applying the use of the resin both for the sink that for the shower. It would be useful, for the walls, not to use the tiles but to use once more the resin, resistant and elegant material.
For the bedroom, according to the function of tourist rental that will have the house, we think to a small wardrobe and an ample desk. The wall on which leans the back of the bed, it assumes importance with the blue and the mahogany.
The terrace, must be finally a sheltered slice of heaven for your clients. We propose to partially disguise the handrailwith some feeble plants and to prepare the space with complements as the carboys in glass and the apulian ceramics.


Il punto di forza di questa casa è senza dubbio la sua posizione, che cerchiamo di sfruttare al meglio.
Alla sinistra dell’ingresso inseriamo delle mensole ad incasso che conducano la vista ed il passo verso il soggiorno, ambiente centrale dell’intera casa. Per alcune pareti significative scegliamo di utilizzare il color petrolio, che oltre a richiamare i colori del mare, dona eleganza ed importanza agli ambienti. I colori che vogliamo predominanti all’interno della casa sono il petrolio, il bianco, il mogano e l’arancio che, pur non interferendo con l’eleganza degli ambienti, dona freschezza e modernità.
La cucina è in semi-open space con il soggiorno, separata da quest’ultimo attraverso uno scaffale leggero, in acciaio bianco, che ospiterà il televisore, oltre che piante, libri e soprammobili. Per i mobili della cucina consigliamo il colore bianco, con il bancone bar in mogano che si posa direttamente sulla cucina stessa. Il bancone è un punto privilegiato della casa, dal quale contemplare la bellezza del panorama.
Per il bagno pensiamo a soluzioni altamente moderne, ricorrendo all’utilizzo della resina sia per il lavabo che per il piatto doccia. Sarebbe utile, per le pareti, non ricorrere alle piastrelle ma utilizzare ancora una volta la resina, materiale resistente ed elegante.
Per la stanza da letto, vista la funzione di affitto turistico che avrà la casa, pensiamo ad un armadio piccolo e una scrivania invece ampia. La parete di fondo su cui poggia lo schienale del letto, assume importanza con il color petrolio e il mogano.
La terrazza, infine, dovrà essere un riparato angolo di paradiso per i vostri clienti. Proponiamo di mascherare parzialmente l’affaccio con delle piante cascanti e di allestire lo spazio con complementi ricercati come le damigiane in vetro e le ceramiche pugliesi.
