The project aims to find a better distribution of the 'penthouse in order to, appropriately reorganizing areas, create a bigger and functional spaces for each room of the house.
At first i tried to establish a direct contact and a visual space between the main entrance and the window opened in the living room with beautiful views of Mount Vesuvius.
This has allowed to create, as well as a path toward the prospective zone nodal house, even greater openness to the outside space.
The other rooms were created considering the best customer requirements.
The two bathrooms, located close to the drains present, unable to perform two different functions. The smallest, with a small laundry area at the entrance, for guests and every day life
The second, largest, presenting an intimate structure has also been studied for relax, as it has an 'area with a big shower and a turkish bathroom.
The sleeping area is composed by a master bedroom, where is possible to reuse the 'cabinet of the client, and a single room for any stay of guests or the needs of the owners to turned into a studio.
Finally, in the area of distribution of the sleeping area, is located a small but functional closet.
Il Progetto si propone di trovare una migliore distribuzione dell’ attico in modo da, riorganizzando opportunamente gli spazi, creare zone ampie e funzionali ad ogni ambiente della casa.
In primo luogo si è cercato di stabilire un contatto diretto sia visivo che spaziale tra l’ingresso e la vetrata aperta nel living con il bellissimo affaccio sul Vesuvio.
Questo ha permesso di creare, oltre ad un percorso prospettico verso la zona nodale della casa, anche una maggiore apertura verso lo spazio esterno.
Gli altri ambienti sono stati creati considerando al meglio le richieste del cliente.
I due bagni, collocati vicini agli scarichi presenti, riescono ad assolvere a due differenti funzioni. Il più piccolo, con una piccola zona lavanderia all’ingresso, destinato agli ospiti e alla quotidianità.Il secondo, più grande, presentando una struttura più intima è stato studiato anche per il relax, in quanto dotato di un’ area con doccia e bagno turco.
Nella zona notte è stata ricavata una camera da letto padronale, con la possibilità di riutilizzare l’ armadio della committenza, ed uno studio/camera singola per eventuali soggiorni di ospiti o esigenze dei padroni di casa di adibirlo a studio.
Infine nella zona di distribuzione della zona notte, è stato ricavato un piccolo ma funzionale ripostiglio.
