I need to renovate an apartment of 125 sq.m.
The actual position (but not the sizes) of the kitchen and of the bathrooms will not be changed.
I want to obtain a clear division between the living area and the sleeping area. The apartment will include:
a large living room
the kitchen (if possible with a wide door. It could be impossible because of the position of pillars: I hope there are technical tricks for this!)
a storage/laundry room
a double bedroom with internal bathroom and walk-in closet
two single bedrooms (large enough) for a boy and a girl
the main bathroom.
Currently the house has a convenient built-in closet in the hallway (which is at the same time really usefull and an obstacle to the expansion of the living room,).
The apartment has two entrance doors, both signed in the plant.
I enclose three plans: two old planimetries and the last with the current division of the apartment.
Our style is classic / basic (parquet, white doors, white walls, linear furniture – although not “high tech”. Colours: white and medium golden brownwood ).
I would like a library and a TV base in masonry.
I have a couch about 3 feet with bent corner that, when seated, is on the left side.
I would like to put wooden floors throughout except bathrooms and kitchen
