Appartamento Pollaiolo

We encountered some issues with GoPillar when trying to upload the 3D CAD files and 3ds Max images. Instead, we uploaded them to WeTransfer. All documents are available for download there: https://we.tl/t-hsjwbH8p6P

In this project, our main goal was to create a functional and ergonomic layout without losing valuable square meters. All zones were carefully planned to ensure comfort and practicality.

The design style chosen was minimalism, in accordance with the client’s wishes. To improve storage solutions, we reconfigured the existing common corridor and allocated 2–3 square meters to create a dedicated wardrobe area for the apartment, which we determined was both possible and efficient.
