Thank you for the amazing challenge. I designed two alternatives for you, I change a few walls demolition and reconstruction and I show you in demolition plan. I created some Renders for alternative one, in some spots in the basement yard and interiors so you have a clear idea of how your house will look like. I showed the rendering angle in the small maps below the photos. I want to mention I focused on functionality, modernity, and beauty of the design. At first, when you enter your home there’s space to get ready, a mirror, and some hangers for hanging your guest coats and create some privacy. Your second bedroom is now a lot bigger and more functional than your current one by changing the position of the door and walls. Stairs are created to be sculptural piece as it is located in the center of the plan I created little yard under the stair in interior basement plan for pleasure area and freshness in interior space. The interior design is a great combination of natural wood and modern color design. About the garden, the ground floor I create some functional areas for ground floor yard I create some place for parking, sitting area, and greens areas, for basement garden I create barbeque and Jacuzzi for relaxing and it is a private space with a roof above and someplace for sitting and greens area. I design for every space in your area. Some furniture I mention to you to buy, but something that I didn’t mention is special and shopping don’t have it, like closets. Please tell your carpenters to create it. If you have questions please don’t hesitate.
